Information about the prices
Prices here quoted are to be considered ‘indicative’ as they are subject to variations in energy costs.
The prices are per person and day including our rich breakfast buffet.
Without breakfast: -5,00 €
Local tax:
For all persons over 14 years a local tax of 2.00 € per person per night will be charged.
Discounts for children
0 – 1 years: free
1 – 6 years: 50% discount
6 – 12 years: 25% discount
from 12 years: 10% discount
cot: 16,00 € per day
Price per person and night with breakfast, on the single sofa bed, the extra bed or in the cot in the parents’ room

Dogs:
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend. Please understand that your dear friend does not have access to the breakfast room and to the garden, but he is welcome on the terrace. We charge € 10 a day (without food).
Late Check-out 50% from the room price
Check-in from 2 pm til 8 pm – Check-out by 10.30 am
Payment:
With cash but also by bank transfer in advance or by credit card (except American Express and Diners) and EC-Card.
If something comes in between
Please inform us in time if you have to cancel your vacation or change your booking.
Our cancellation conditions:
– If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
– If cancelled or modified up to 6 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the price of the first night will be charged.
– If cancelled later or in case of no-show or early departure, the total price of the stay will be charged.
